A sequel to the 2003 direct-to-video killer-clown movie S.I.C.K., this low-budget horror flick begins with the transformation undergone by a falsely convicted man while incarcerated. Emerging with a heart full of vengeance and a sickly clown visage, the newly christened Mr. Jingles wreaks bloody revenge on those who put him away.
